I think that we have a big problem with fakenames at the moment. There are that much players with names from tennisplayers, soccerplayers and other famous people. After an order of a gamemaster, many players rename their fakename with an other. Fact is that these accounts won't delete but only blocked after a (often very long) while, so the name and his profile are still in the game. I think this is very irritating to see all these players. My suggestion: Start a "big clean". So maybe three or four people (I would say europeans and southamericans) check the whole ranking to find all fakenames. These fakeaccounts should be directly deleted. I think the warning at the registration (Don't use fakenames) is big enough and you can not overlook it! If some overlooked it, they could registrate new with their real name...there is no problem! After this "big clean", there should be every one or two days a controll over the new registrated palyers to find new fakenames soon and to delete them directly...
Its a problem sure... but. The player have to be scared, that they earesed. If they goes up to the ranking list, more user report him. In the top 100 are no fakes in it?! You can correkt me if i'm wrong.
Yes, but you have not only to think about the players top100. For other players it is stupid to play against Fakenames in Entrys oder Futures...so better delete fakenames as soon as possible.
i've allready said, that thats a problem. But the player would allready lose vs a real name player and i don't know if it make feels him better. I know, that it is a angry problem. But we could work on the game like we do at moment, or we use our time to search for fakenames. Otherwise i could say, that we have very good mods, that report many fakes. And the automaticly fake system works as well.
In my opinion a real big problem are all that players that last year won 3-4 national championships and got millions cheating, they are worse than fake names...
Oh i can tell you, that many of them have a hugh derb now. But if you mean, that i have forgott a player, you could send me a in game message with there ids.
I like the idea Philipp... although that I think that first we should fight against the multi accounters (a subject more complex that the fake name problem), I think it's a good idea... But i would say this: We announce that the first of april all fakenames will be deleted, so the fakenames have one month to ask a mod or gm to change his name... so at the end of the month, every fakename is deleted... and do that every... one or two months...

But you trivialise it! When I was under the Top100, I wasn't very interested ins this problem, too. But now I have to play every week in a tournament, where 2 or 3 fakenames are playing.
